Do you have a framing pricelist?
- Due to the complex nature of framing it is not possible to include a price list, but we would be happy to give you an estimate by phone if you provide dimensions, or a proper quote if you bring your artwork into the gallery.
- All quotes are valid for 28 days from the date of the quotation, however we reserve the right to amend the price if the specification of the frame required is subsequently altered.
Do prices include VAT?
- VAT where applicable is included in all prices. Overseas customers are responsible for any local taxes or duties required.
How long does bespoke framing take?
- We have a target time of 7 – 14 days, however if you have a deadline to meet, please specify this in writing at the time of placing your order, and we will proceed once the availability of materials has been confirmed.
Do I have to pay a deposit for bespoke framing?
- If you do not have an account with us, a deposit (usually 50%) must be paid when the order is placed and the balance paid on collection (or prior to delivery).
Are deposits refundable?
- Deposits are non refundable once we have commenced work, including ordering materials. A deposit may be refunded if the order is cancelled before we have started work, or if the materials are unavailable. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible and you may either choose an alternative or cancel the order.
How long will you hold my artwork for?
- We will hold artwork for you pending a framing order for up to 3 months. After this time we may at our discretion place the goods into storage, and charge you reasonable storage costs, however we will attempt to contact you before this happens. Finished goods which have been paid for in full or part should also be collected within 3 months or they may also be placed into storage.
